Bella Poarch Drops New Music Video for “Dolls” starring Grimes, Madison Beer, Valkyrae and More
Filipino-American social media personality and singer-songwriter Bella Poarch has dropped a new music video for “Dolls”.
The video was directed by Andrew Donoho, starring Valkyrae, Dream, Ludwig, Chloe Cherry, Hasan Piker, Mizkif, Sykkuno, Madison Beer, Larray, Bretman Rock, Miyoung and Grimes.
Bella Poarch said of the song in a statement, “'Dolls' is all about self-empowerment and confidence. It's a follow-up to my song 'Build a B*tch' but it stands out on its own as well by being gentle but fierce, beautiful but deadly. The importance of helping one another while also not letting anyone make you feel weak or worthless.”
She said of Grimes in the video, “She's one of the coolest friends I've ever had. She's down to do so many cool and artistic things.”
Stunt avatar Lee Chesely started working with Grimes and Bella Poarch a few weeks beforehand for fight training.
She said, “Working on the music video was a lot of fun. Bella and Grimes were awesome to work with. Everyone was positive and hard-working, and it was awesome to see them put so much work into it.”- The song will appear on her upcoming debut EP of the same name, which is set to be released on August 12, 2022.
The EP comprises 6-track, featuring guest appearance from Grimes.
Bella Poarch shared about the EP, “Over the past year, I've been working on this project which is a reflection of the everyday fight we all live. Each song reflects something different.
