Demi Lovato Releases New Song “SUBSTANCE”
American singer-songwriter Demi Lovato released the second single called “SUBSTANCE” from their upcoming eighth studio album “HOLY FVCK” on July 15, 2022.
The track was written by Demi Lovato, Warren Okay Felder, Alex Niceforo, Keith Sorrells, Laura Veltz, and Jutes. Produced by Oak, Alex Nice, and Keith “Ten4” Sorrells.
The accompanying music video was directed by Cody Critcheloe.
The new album comprises 16-track, featuring guest appearances from Royal & the Serpent and Dead Sara.
It is set to be released on August 19, 2022 via Island Records.
The album will be a return to their early rock influenced roots from their first two studio albums “Don’t Forget” (2008) and “Here We Go Again” (2009).
Demi Lovato shared on social media, “HOLY FVCK takes me back to my roots. It’s a body of work that’s unapologetically me.”
