Goldie Scott Releases New Song “Mista Mystery”
New York City-based R&B/Soul singer-songwriter Goldie Scott released a new song “Mista Mystery” along with a music video on June 30, 2022.
The song follows up “Little Robots”, which was released back in February.
The track features '70s vintage vibes with driving a funky bass and powerful vocals.
She wrote the song in New Orleans. It was written by Stephanie Weisz, Bob Brockmann, Luke Bonefant and ANDREW BERNARD YANOVSKI.
The accompanying video was directed by Tony Vallés.
Goldie Scott said of the song, “‘Mista Mystery’ is a spin on ‘Mr. Mystery’, but with a bit more steeze/personality. ‘Mista Mystery’ is the stranger you see walking down the street, in a random store who you envision your whole life with in a glimpse of a moment. This person does not even have to try to be cool, they just are. They embody ultimate sex appeal, yet you know nothing about them because they are that mysterious.
