Polyphia Returns with New Song “Playing God”
American instrumental progressive rock band Polyphia, consisting of Tim Henson (guitar), Scott LePage (guitar), Clay Gober (bass) and Clay Aeschliman (drums), returned with a new song “Playing God” on May 10, 2022.
It is their first music in three years since the 2019 single“Brand New Day” featuring Babymetal.
The track was co-written by Wes Hauch and produced by Tim Henson, Scott LePage, Wes Hauch, JUDGE, Ari Starace, No Trust and Johan Lenox.
The accompanying music video was directed by Caleb Young, who filmed at The Hall of State in Fair Park, Dallas.
The band shared on social media, “For those asking, this is the Great Hall in the Hall of State Building, Fair Park, Dallas. This is one of the best examples of of Art Deco architecture in Texas.”
Polyphia embarks on North American Summer Tour 2022. The tour kicks off at House of Blues Houston in Houston on July 28, 2022 and will conclude at Come and Take in Austin on September 3, 2022.
