Kanye West Drops New Music Video for “Life Of The Party”
American rapper Kanye West has dropped a new music video for “Life Of The Party”.
The song featured on the deluxe edition of his 10th album “Donda”, which was released last November.
He worked with American rapper André 3000 on the track. But the video does not include André 3000’s verse.
Initially, the song was supposed to be included on “Donda” normal version, but was left off the album due to André 3000 not agreeing to his verse being edited to a clean version.
The track sampled “Cannibal Cutie” by Herb & The Spices, “Hypnotize” by The Notorious B.I.G., “I Was the Life of the Party” by The Dramatics & Space Intro by Steve Miller Band.
The video also featured in the debut television commercial for Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga.
According to a press release, “In a seamless alignment between Ye’s creative platforms new visuals bridge the multidisciplinary artist’s past and future. Photos from Ye’s childhood have been updated to inlay pieces from the forthcoming Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga creative exploration.”- source : YouTube
