Isaac Dunbar Releases New Song “Tainted Love”
American alt-pop singer-songwriter Isaac Dunbar has released his second single of 2022 called “Tainted Love”, following “Bleach” released back in February.
The disco-infused track was written and produced by Isaac Dunbar and JT Daly.
“‘Tainted Love’ tells a detailed story of a hot and cold lover I dealt with for almost two years,” Isaac Dunbar said of the song. “I explore themes of the highs and lows of romance, how easily love can turn into hate, and hate can turn back into love. It’s a song I can dance and cry to.”
He shared on social media, “it tells a detailed story of animosity in love… holding everything in and then exploding. the lesson i learned from writing this song is that it is important to be honest about how you feel, and vocalize it! the second someone does something to you that you don’t like, don’t hold it in, or else all that pent up anger will explode at the wrong time. this song means a lot to me on so many levels, on a romantic level and also on a deep psychological level.”- Photo by Yu Lez
