Mia Baron Releases New Song “Rules Are Mine”
Toronto-based singer-songwriter Mia Baron released a new song “Rules Are Mine” on March 8, 2022.
The song is the second single of 2022, following “Miss Emotionless” released back in January.
It was co-written and co-produced by Mia Baron, Matt Kahane and Quin Kiu.
Mia Baron said of the song, “'Rules Are Mine' was written out of frustration when someone close to me kept putting me second when I was always putting them first. It was also a time when I really needed them to have my back and I ended up not being able to count on them.”
She continued, “There was a turning point where I made a decision to put myself first and refuse to participate in their negativity by putting some distance between us. By doing so, I took back control of my life and gained confidence in myself.”- source : Apple Music
