Alec Benjamin Announces New Album “(Un)Commentary”, Shares New Song “Shadow Of Mine”
American singer-songwriter Alec Benjamin announced his sophomore album “(Un)Commentary” would be released on April 15, 2022.
It is his first album in two years. The album comprises 13-track.
Charlie Puth, Lenno, RØMANS, Ryan Tedder, Sir Nolan and Zach Skelton contributed songs to the album.
Alec Benjamin said of the album, “I think my generation has a lot of valid criticisms of everything that’s happening in our country and in the world right now. The question is: are we going to tear ourselves apart, or are we going to leave this place better than we found it?”
From the album, he unveiled the third single called “Shadow Of Mine” on February 25, 2022, following “The Way You Felt” and “Older”.
It was written by Alec Benjamin and produced by Sir Nolan. The accompanying music video was directed by Gus Black.
