OneRepublic Releases New Live Album “One Night In Malibu”: Streaming
American pop rock band OneRepublic released their first live album “One Night In Malibu” on February 4, 2022.
OneRepublic shared on social media, “This was such special event for us and we're so excited to share these songs with you again.”
In October 27 and 28, the band performed 17 songs at an unfinished house, which was designed by American architect Eric Lloyd Wright, in Malibu, California through a livestream via Moment House.
The digital concert was to celebrate the release of their latest album “Human”.
The live album features several live versions of songs from throughout their albums, including “Dreaming Out Loud” (2007), “Waking Up” (2009), “Native” (2013), and “Human” (2021).
The band frontman Ryan Tedder said of the record, “[It] is re-calibrating everything. The last album, we stopped promoting it and kinda pulled the plug. I didn't have it in me to do anything for it. This is us returning back to what the original sound was: strings; orchestral; emotive.”- source : Apple Music
