  • The Dollyrots Releases Double Album “Down the Rabbit Hole”: Streaming

  • American punk rock band The Dollyrots, consisting of Kelly Ogden (vocals, bass), Luis Cabezas (guitar) and Justin McGrath (live drums), released their double album “Down the Rabbit Hole” on January 21, 2022.

The album comprises 24-track from throughout the band's 20-year history, including their favorite B-sides, remastered tracks, some previously unheard songs and alternate takes
In addition, the album features covers of Rancid, Ramones, The Undertones, Generation X, Katrina & the Waves, Tom Petty, The Crystals, and more.
Kelly Ogden said of the album, “It's so exciting to have all these tracks in one place! Sometimes a song just doesn't fit on an album but that doesn't mean it isn't a great song. Putting together this project also made me reflect on the career we've had so far and I'm so grateful for all of it. Our band turns 20 this year and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than a retrospective of all the rarities”
On the same day, the band dropped a new single “Too Fun For My Health” from the album.
“We wrote 'Too Fun For My Health” as a song about tour, band life, and excess,” the band said. “In light of the last couple years it's obviously taken on a different relevancy. We hope it can remind people to play it safe out there, but also be reminded of a time when some of the worst things for your health were your friend's bad habits.”
