Daisy Gray Releases New Song “Almost To The Moon”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Daisy Gray released a new song “Almost To The Moon” along with a music video on December 17, 2021.
The song is a tribute to her family friend, Greg. It was written by Daisy Grace Vardell and produced by AG.
Daisy Gray sharedon social media, “Almost To The Moon was written about losing someone suddenly, but the day I wrote this I had not yet experienced loss in that way. What I knew in my heart and what I couldn’t shake is that I had to write a song capturing that emotion and about 2 days later, I got the worst phone call I’ve ever received. I believe this song was his way of saying goodbye before I knew he’d be gone, and it’s provided me comfort in the way I hope it does you when it is released ❤️ this is a tribute more than a project for me at this point and I’m excited to share what’s in store for this release, thank you for your support as always, Daisy.”
She wrote about the video on her YouTube channel, “This music video and song represents so much heartache, time, and processing of emotions.
