  • Ed Sheeran Performs New Song “Overpass Graffiti” at NPR Music Tiny Desk (Home) Concert

  • British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran appeared on NPR Music Tiny Desk (Home) Concert to perform 5 songs “Shivers”, “Make It Rain”, “Overpass Graffiti”, “Visiting Hours” and “Bad Habits”.

“Shivers”, “Overpass Graffiti”, “Visiting Hours” and “Bad Habits” are from his upcoming fourth studio album “= (Equals)”. Especially, “Overpass Graffiti” is unreleased song and is the first ever performance. The song will be released this Friday (October 29).
“Make It Rain” is a cover of Northern Irish singer Foy Vance. Ed Sheeran recorded the song for the television series “Sons of Anarchy”, in 2014.
The Tiny Desk (Home) Concert performance is one of the few in-person live promotions for his upcoming album that he had to cancel a number of performances after testing positive for COVID-19.
Ed Sheeran shared on social media, “Hey guys. Quick note to tell you that I've sadly tested positive for Covid, so I'm now self-isolating and following government guidelines. It means that I'm now unable to plough ahead with any in person commitments for now, so I'll be doing as many of my planned interviews/performances I can from my house. Apologies to anyone I've let down. Be safe everyone.”
He continued, “I had so much fun doing this NPR Music Tiny Desk session. Go watch it on their youtube channel for a little preview of 'Overpass Graffiti' before it's out this Friday and a cover of Foy Vance's song 'Make It Rain' x”
