Studio Killers Releases New Song “Schoolyard Dance Off”
Back in March, Finnish-Danish-British electro-pop virtual band Studio Killers collaborated with German singer-songwriter Kim Petras to release “Jenny” remix.
The original version of the song has racked up over 150 million views and the remix version garnered over 3 million views on YouTube.
Following the remix, the band has teased a new song “Schoolyard Dance Off” in September.
Since then, they teased 6 parts of the song, and finally released the song on October 15, 2021.
The song will appear on their upcoming pilot “Studio Killers 404”.
The animated Studio Killers 404 pilot/special will be a parody on the classic magical girl trope. Kind of a crossbreed between Sailor Moon and Rick and Morty.
