Julie Bergan Teams Up With Seeb for New Song “Kiss Somebody”
Norwegian singer-songwriter Julie Bergan teamed up with Norwegian EDM duo Seeb to release a new song “Kiss Somebody”.
This marks the first time they have worked together. She said, “So excited about this release and SO excited to have Seeb with me on the track!!!”
The track was written by Julie Bergan, Joakim Haukaas, Halvor Folstad, Dag Holtan-Hartwig and Alexander Pavelich.
“‘Kiss Somebody’ is a positive message with a positive outlook on the future. Keep moving on, don’t take life too seriously and kiss whoever you want: kiss a guy, kiss a girl, just kiss somebody!” she said.
She filmed the music video in Stockholm, Sweden, which was directed by Manuel Concha. She explained, “Recording the music video was so much fun. The energy on set was amazing, and everyone from the director to the dancers were on fire that day. I loved the location, all the colours and how the video compliments the song in a perfect way. It just gives the song more life!”
The new song follows up the EP “HARD FEELINGS: Ventricle 1”, which was released last October.
After the release of the EP, she kicked off Hard Feelings Tour in Europe. Next up is at Lace Scene in Horten, Norway on January 24th.
