Hey Violet Releases New Song “Clean”
Los Angeles-based pop rock band Hey Violet is currently working on their new album, following 2017's "From the Outside".
But a release date hasn't been announced yet.
Lead singer Rena Loevlis told Billboard, "Actually, we're testing the waters, just seeing where these songs are going. I'm hoping that we get an album out. I see that hopefully in the near future. We have a lot of songs in the works, but there are no plans for an exact date for an album yet. So I'll shut my mouth on that one."
On October 18th, the band released a new song “Clean” along with a lyric video from the album. The track is the follow-up to “Queen Of The Night”.
“‘Clean’ is a song that feels somewhere between freedom from a relationship and being in denial with yourself,” Rena Loevlis said of the song. “You may be happy to be out of a relationship, but you’re simultaneously trying to convince everyone that the break-up didn’t bother you at all. There is interesting dimension in the song because it’s about loss while also sounding completely celebratory and carefree.”- source : Billboard
