Tom Odell Shares New Song “Summer Day” from Moominvalley Soundtrack
Each of the thirteen episodes of the first season of the new Moominvalley TV series includes a featured track by one of the record label Sony Music's artists.
On April 5th, British singer-songwriter Tom Odell shared a new song “Summer Day” from the soundtrack.
The whole soundtrack will be released on April 19, including 13 original recordings from a stellar line-up of artists including Tom Odell, MØ, First Aid Kit, Alma and Delilah Montagu, among others.
“It perfectly captures the sense of wonder and spirit of adventure so central to the world Tove created” says Marika Makaroff, the Creative Director and Executive Producer at Gutsy Animations.
Moominvalley is a 2019 Finnish-British animated family drama series. It's an adaptation of writer-illustrator Tove Jansson's and her brother Lars Jansson's classic Moomin books and comics.
The TV stars Kate Winslet, Taron Egerton, Rosamund Pike, Matt Berry, Bel Powley and Richard Ayoade.- source : Moomin
