YUNGBLUD Premieres New Music Video for “Falling Skies” featuring Charlotte Lawrence
British alt-rock singer-songwriter YUNGBLUD has dropped a new music video for “Falling Skies”.
The song features American singer and model Charlotte Lawrence. It was written by Patrick Nissley, Dave Katz, Martin Terefe & Dominic Harrison.
The track is included on the 13 Reasons Why Season 2 soundtrack, which featurs guest appearances from Selena Gomez, OneRepublic, Years & Years, Billie Eilish and Khalid, among others.
The clip reminds us of the film "Mad Max".
YUNGBLUD said of the video;
“I wanted to do something different with this video. It needed to be almost like a movie, hence shooting it on film. I wanted to depict a dystopian future where every world leader had ‘hit the red button.’ We are the last two people on earth, have nothing left so the only thing I can give her is the last cigarette in my back pocket - a YUNGBLUD version of a love song.”- source : Ones To Watch
