American R&B singer-songwriter Kelela Mizanekristos, aka Kelela unveiled a new song "Frontline" during Sunday's episode of HBO's Insecure.

The song is constructed track with light, shade, and a chorus that plants its flag via a sped-up beat.
The debut album contains 14-track, in which she has been working along with Arca and Jam City for four years. Arca and Jam City, both worked with her EP on "Hallucinogen" and "Cut 4 Me" respectively.
About the debut album, se said;
"The album expresses "an honest vision of how we navigate dissolving ties with each other and yet remain sanguine for the next chance at love. Despite it being a personal record, the politics of my identity informs how it sounds and how I choose to articulate my vulnerability and strength. I am a black woman, a second-generation Ethiopian-American, who grew up in the 'burbs listening to R&B, jazz and Björk. All of it comes out in one way or another."-
