Frank Ocean Performs “Close to You” Featuring Brad Pitt at FYF Fest 2017
American singer-songwriter Christopher Francis "Frank" Ocean, aka Frank Ocean performed "Close to You" at FYF Fest (short for "Fuck Yeah Fest Fest") in Los Angeles on July 22.
Surprise, Brad Pitt stood by the side of the stage with his back to Ocean for the performance. Ocean and Pitt both projected onto FYF Fest's video screens.
"Close to You" is included Ocean's latest album "Blonde", which was released in 2016. The track was written by Christopher Breaux, Buddy Ross, Burt Bacharach and Harold David. The album reached number one on the US Billboard 200.
Before FYF Fest, Brad Pitt said about Frank Ocean in an interview with GQ, "I've been listening to a lot of Frank Ocean. I find this young man so special. Talk about getting to the raw truth. He's painfully honest. He's very, very special. I can't find a bad one."
