MisterWives Releases New Song “Machine”
New York-based indie pop band MisterWives has released a new song "Machine" in almost two years since "Our Own House".
The song is the lead single from their upcoming sophomore album. Last December, the band announced on Facebook, "our second record is finally complete."
The band will tour with Panic! At the Disco on "Death of a Bachelor Tour". The tour kicks off at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT on February 24, 2017. Learn more about tour dates, click here.
MisterWives was formed in 2012, consisting of Mandy Lee (Vocals), William Hehir (Dirty Bass), Etienne Bowler (Dirty Drums), Marc Campbell (Guitar) and Dr. Blum (Keys/Trumpet/Accordian).
The band signed to Photo Finish Records and debuted with EP "Reflections" in 2014. Their debut album "Our Own House" was released in 2015, peaked at #31 on the US Billboard 200.
About the new song, tha band said;
"The song is a rallying cry to stand against a world that suppresses individuality and diversity. This song embodies the movement of celebrating our differences, staying true to ourselves, and always sticking it to the Sith Empire! (insert middle finger emoji)."-
